Y'all screwed me out of my free kratom
The bad ax store made 2 *** accounts on my number and I e purchased the 5 kratom bags without Gett ng my free one cause they put them on 2 separate accounts one is Ben and the other Benjamin. Both on the same number . I held up my end so hold up yours cause at this point it's false advertising. I'm *** pissed . I've been going to that branch for years and y'all do this *** to me ?? Thanks

She was very rude and I cant believe she works in customer service. If I could leave zero stars I would. I was calling bc they wouldnt take a paper id they used last month I lost my id I just got so I had a paper one that Secretary of State has given me !!! Not to mention you cant used an old one !!! Then how am I suppose to give you my id to have ordered in just not get anything til then ?!? I shop in there all the time they know me and now theyre doing this. You have lost a lot of money

I WILL NEVER shop at a Wild Billls Franchise Again!! 2ND time I had to write this review, tried to hit the back button and wiped out everything!! Bottom line, I live in a rural area, they come in out the locals out of business, and then NEVER have my brand!! Waiting now 3 days for "delivery truck", 4:30pm!! Spent gas 3 trips, even tried to buy another brand, nothing!! Also the clerk tried to see if they had 10 packs in the single pack section and was stopped, The other clerk told her "The Manager" won't allow that, Seriously!! I will spend money in gas to Never Shop At Wild Bills Again!! Also asked where my location is, Algonac, Mi store isn't listed!

I buy carton cigarettes. "Everytime" I go to my local store to purchase them it's a crap shoot! Also one clerk tried to see if they had 10 packs in the single pack section but before she could see the other clerk said she couldn't sell them like even if there were 10 packs because "The Manager" did not allow it!! Are you kidding me. 3 days now in a row I've had to "drive there" and purchase 2 packs at a time because the truck still has not made the delivery. I live in a rural area so options are not available!! Chains love coming to the area to put the mom and pop shops out and then not care. I WILL NEVER shop at the franchise again!!

They (Wild Bills) sold me a defective vape pen and will Not refund my money. Ive not had it long at all. I was told to try and contact the company its self (VooPoo). Joke!!! You cant get a hold of anyone there. Same with Wild Bills. You can not connect with anyone. So, buyers beware. Wild Bills sells *** products and they do not stand behind the sale.
